Media Returns

The Potter Violin Company considers your satisfaction to be our TOP priority. We stand by our products, and will exchange or return any item within 21 days, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Media (DVDs, CDs, VHS, Software)

Unopened media may be returned for a refund. Media found to be defective must be returned within 21 days of purchase for the same title replacement only.

Store hours: Tuesday thru Friday 10am to 6pm EST; Saturday 9:30am to 4pm EST. Closed Sunday and Monday.

Please call ahead if you plan to purchase an instrument so that we may better serve you.

Convenient public parking is available in MC Parking Lot 10B directly across the street from the Highland Avenue Shop. Metered parking is in effect Monday through Friday. Parking is FREE on Saturdays.
