Below you will find answers for many of the questions we get concerning instruments, music studies, caring for your instruments, as well as inquiries regarding store policies, teaching, renting, contacts in the string world, and opinions, philosophies and odd knowledge on a plethora of things musical.


How can I be sure my students will know my preferences?

We can always be sure by talking to you directly, but you can help by registering on our Webstore in the Teachers Group. If you're already registered, you can update your account by logging in, browsing to "My Group" and clicking on "Manage My Group."

What if I use teaching materials that I don't see in the Webstore?

We are happy to stock your preferred teaching materials; simply call or email us and we will be happy to help. Additionally, we may have items in stock that haven't yet been posted to the webstore. Feel free to call us with any questions you may have.
